"FRIGID AND IMPOTENT "  Former child star Drew Barrymore proved her career
may not have peaked with E.T. when she received critical acclaim for her
performance in "Boys on the Side." Now she has signed to star in this dark
romantic comedy about two serial killers who fall in love. The film is being
produced by Michael Stipe's Single Cell Pictures. Stipe, lead singer of the
alternative band R.E.M., signed a two-year production deal with New Line
